Community Events to Support The Gathering Place

People are so creative with the ways they support The Gathering Place. Whether it is a percentage of ticket sales from a concert, proceeds from community race registrations or golf outings, our community’s generosity towards The Gathering Place is crucial. This support helps us keep our programs and services free of charge.

The annual Drive Against Cancer Golf Outing will be held at Beechmont Country Club, 29600 Chagrin Blvd, Beachwood on July 15th at 9am.  Join Wan Collier and Leslie Wargo in honoring Frances Dickenson, Pat Hirsch, and Julie Mitchell with a morning of golf.  The outing includes an 18 hole scramble and a luncheon after the golf.  For more information and to register or make a donation, click here.

Mark your calenders for the first annual event honoring Charlie Bowlus and benefiting The Gathering Place at The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, 1100 Rock and Roll Blvd, Cleveland.  On Friday, September 6th at 7pm, the hall will start rocking with live music from the band, Disco Inferno!  Tickets are $75 per person through August 5th and $85 per person from August 6th to September 5th.  The ticket includes food, beer, wine, and access to the museum!
