Feedback from Moving Forward Participants:
“Since attending the Moving
Forward program, I have a renewed faith in my body and a sense of
well-being I haven’t experienced since I was diagnosed."
“Moving Forward
has helped me to stay focused on my health."

The Moving
Forward program was such a huge benefit for me, as it really helped to get
me going again physically after my treatment.
I had gained 40 pounds during my chemo and had very low energy. The twice a week workouts were so helpful in
getting my muscle tone back and my energy level up again. The other women in
the group were a terrific source of support and we really developed a great
network of 'Workout Angels'."

“This program met needs that I didn’t even know I had. It helped me physically with the exercise
portion and emotionally with the support program. I am very grateful to have
participated in this program."
