Family and Friends
A weekly committed support group for family and friends of someone with cancer. Participants explore the impact of cancer and identify strategies for effective coping. Potential group members meet with a staff member for a personal planning session prior to participation.

Adolescent Support Group and Parent Support Group:
For adolescents with cancer and their families. The two groups meet separately in nearby rooms.
Where: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, Cleveland
When: First & third Thursdays of every month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Oncology Parents Support Group:
Provides an opportunity to meet others who have a child with cancer. Offers advocacy & information.
Where: Children’s Hospital, Akron
When: Third Wednesday of every month at 7:30 p.m.

Caregiver Support Group:
For adult family members or friends who are caregivers of patients diagnosed with Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin’s Disease or Myeloma.

Caregivers Support Group:
A group specifically designed for caregivers of cancer patients. The support group offers educational information about cancer and caregiving issues as well as a supportive environment for caregivers to discuss mutual issues and feelings.

When: Second Wednesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
