KidsGroup:
A four-week group for children ages 6-14 who have an adult family member with cancer. Children will progress through a series of activities designed to help them understand and cope with cancer in the family. Participants are asked to attend all 4 sessions.

Parachutes:
A support group for children who have a loved adult family member who is significantly ill with cancer. The ill individual may be in intensive treatment or in hospice care.

When: Third Monday of each month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Parachutes-B:
A group that provides support for children who are either facing the serious illness of an adult or experiencing a death. It functions as a transition group to help children cope with the reality of possible death from cancer.

When: Fourth Monday of each month from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Oncology Teen Support:
Provides an opportunity for teens with cancer to come together for support, camaraderie, information and advocacy.
Where: Children’s Hospital, Akron

Adolescent Support Group and Parent Support Group:
For adolescents with cancer and their families. The two groups meet separately in nearby rooms.
Where: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, Cleveland
When: First & third Thursdays of every month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
