Donations to The Gathering Place enable us to keep our programs and services free of charge. Support is given in many ways - including our Annual Fund, special events like Race for the Place and gifts that commemorate a life event. Donations come from individuals, families, corporations, community groups and foundations.
We are grateful to all of our donors for helping us to achieve our mission of supporting, educating and empowering individuals and families touched by cancer.
The Gathering Place ensures that we will not sell or trade any donor's personal information or contact information with any individual or organization.

Since we opened our doors in 2000, all of the programs and services have been provided free of charge to our participants. Although what we offer is free of charge, there is a cost.
Facing Cancer, Embracing Life, Sustaining our Future is a formal endowment campaign to ensure all programs and services remain free to all participants for years to come.
Our fiscal health is strong. If, however, we are to keep in sync with our vision for the the future as well as our growing participant numbers, we recognize the need to substantially grow our funds.
We hope you will consider helping us reach our ultimate goal of doubling our investment portfolio to $10 million by 2020. To learn more about our campaign please click here.
